Colours |
| Our products are all from Latin America so you can expect quite a few of them to be 'colourful'. But colours do look different on every computer screen so the colour you see may be slightly different from the colour of the actual product. | |

Sizes |
Each time you select a product, a 'size information' window will open up to provide you size information about the garment. We have provided a guide of sizes for the main international sizes. If you are unsure about what size to buy, please send us an email to enquiries@whiteorchid.com. If you are not happy with the size, you will be able to return it to us. For more information please see our Returns/Exchange Section. If you require a size that we do not have, sometimes it may be possible to customize an item. Safety |
All our products are designed to be worn by adults, not children. No items are toys and should be kept away from unsupervised children. Our nightwear/maternity wear complies with UK regulation - note that all our products should be Kept Away from Fire and Flames. |

Washing instructions |
All products contain washing instructions. The majority of the nightwear/maternity products can be machine-washed. In any case, we suggest you take a moment to read all garment care labels in order to keep them in top condition. All of our lingerie is meant to be hand-washed. |

Order Online |
| To purchase online, go to 'The Collection' page or the 'Search' function, choose your desired items (either by clicking on image or the text), selecting the size and quantity, then click on 'add to cart'. Once you have decided upon your order, please go to 'check out'. To purchase online please fill in your credit card details on the order form along with your delivery address. An order confirmation will be emailed to you. This is a secure site. | |

| Prices on the website are shown in UK Pound Sterling. At check-out we show an estimated amount in Euros as well. All prices include UK VAT. |

Stock |
Due to the exclusive nature of our collection, we do not stock many items per size or colour, so from time to time we may run out of stock. Note that all items shown are in stock unless the words "Sold Out" appear once you have added the item to your cart. If you are interested in a particular garment which is no longer in stock, email us enquiries@white-orchid.com as we may be able to point to a similar item that is available or have information about when the item of your choice (or similar) will be next available. |

| We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and all of the UK debit cards. Please note we do not accept cheques, postal orders or payment by PayPal. |

Gift vouchers |
| If you have a White-Orchid.com voucher, you can enter the details at the checkout page. If the balance on your voucher is insufficient to meet the value of your order, you will also be asked to add credit/debit card details to cover the difference. Please note that orders paid for using a voucher will need to be placed online, as we are currently unable to take voucher payments over the phone. |

Gift Wrap |
Everything we send is beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a gorgeous box (box type may vary according to product). Certain boxes will include a ribbon. In cases of emergency (you forgot your girlfriend/lover/partner/wife birthday or your anniversary), just call us on +44 (20) 7394 5681. If you leave in central London, we could even deliver in the same day. All of these deliveries to include ribbon. |

| 5. Delivery |

Delivery Policy |
At White Orchid we make every effort to ensure that your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (once payment has been approved), however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. After you've placed an order and payment has been approved, we will send you an initial email confirming receipt of the order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with a reference number. Orders can be delivered to residential or business addresses (no PO boxes, no hotel addresses), in all cases, a signature is required. In case of absence, the dispatch company may leave a notification card. White Orchid takes no responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance. |

| We use Royal Mail (UK Post) to deliver all of our UK deliveries. In the case of international deliveries, we may use Royal Mail or other reputable courier company. |

UK Deliveries |
You can choose to have your goods delivered by Express Delivery or Standard Delivery. Express delivery is a next working date courier service - provided that your order is placed by 12.00 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery: Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 2-3working days for delivery. What to do if your order has not arrived? In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 2 working days from estimated delivery date before emailing us at enquiries@whiteorchid.com or by telephoning us on +44 (20) 7394 5681. | 6. Cancellation / Exchange / Refunds |

Cancellation / Replacement / Refunds |
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly cancel or exchange your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the purchased item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply: - You can return any item you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt in the UK and 14 days in the rest of the world by using the form provided. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
- All goods should be returned to White Orchid, 54-62 Raymouth Road, London SE16 2DF, UK
- All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking & repacking.
- Original condition means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. White Orchid and Urban Passion Ltd will not be responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
- Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.
- Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited.
- In the case of exchanges, when the new item is sent again, we will bear the cost of sending it.
- We will not make refunds to a third party.
- As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
